DON’T LOSE FOCUS
Don’t lose focus. Remember, everyone falls off the wagon at some point. The key is to remember that you can get back up and it’s not the end of your diet.
The word “diet” has been a source of anxiety for many people but truly what does the word diet mean? A diet is simply the foods you consume daily to live, have energy, and to stay active and healthy. All things the body needs to have well being and balance. How good or bad your diet is, is simply how good the foods you put in your body are nutritionally and if they’ll help you meet your body’s daily needs. Now there, that’s not so scary right?
*Make better choices more often (and you’ll make less bad ones).
*Don’t beat yourself up, you are human and you can forgive yourself.
*Pick yourself up and try again.
*You create your outcome and that means beginning again…over and over and over again…until…..
*Just start. Any moment is a good moment. You don’t have to wait.
